Our Open Nature Salami is hand trimmed, seasoned with the finest spices, and carefully aged to provide the rich, distinctive flavor developed by ancient Italian tradition. Choose from the following varieties: sliced and unsliced Hot Italian Salami, sliced Italian Dry Salami, sliced Genoa Salami, or unsliced Sopressata Salami.

Made with whole wheat and available in both 8 ounce and 2 ounce bags, they're perfect for a party platter or for a snack on the go.
