Angus Beef
All of our Angus Beef is USDA Choice, certified humane, and comes from cattle verified as born and raised in the USA. Our cattle are fed grass, hay, grains and legumes and finished on corn, resulting in the finest quality meat -- just as nature intended. We offer Tenderloin, New York Strip, and Rib Eye cuts, with many more depending on your location.
Grass Fed Angus Beef
Open Nature's new line of 100% natural grass fed beef is certified black angus, humanly and sustainably raised in Australia. Like all Open Nature products, it contains no antibiotics, hormones or preservatives. Always raised free range and vegetarian fed, these cuts of meat are leaner - with less fat and cholesterol - and lower in calories than conventional beef. Now available in select stores.
Lamb
Find our premium quality lamb in the following cuts: Rack of Lamb, Shank, Boneless and Semi-Boneless Leg, and many more depending on your location.
Pork
Open Nature offers only high quality pork. Choose from Tenderloin, Loin 1/3, Back Ribs, and St. Louis ribs, with more depending on your location.
Poultry
Our poultry has no antibiotics, no nitrates or nitrites, and no added hormones. Choose from Boneless, Skinless Breasts; Boneless, Skinless Thighs; Breast Tenders; Whole Chicken; and Whole Turkey (seasonal).

Uncured Bacon
Our bacon is carefully selected and thoughtfully prepared to provide rich, full flavor just as nature intended. All of our bacon is "uncured", meaning we don't use additives such as nitrates, nitrites, or artificial preservatives in our brining process. This results in high-quality, flavorful bacon made with our belief: Nature has nothing to hide, neither should your food. Choose from Applewood Bacon and Canadian Bacon.
