Fish: Sprinkle 3/4 tsp (or more) of Seasoning on both sides of the fish (approx. 8 oz. or 1/2 lb) and rub. Wait 5 to 10 minutes. In a skillet heat 2 tbs of oil. Place the fish in the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until done. You can also cook in the oven or grill. Vegetarian and other dishes: Sprinkle 1 tsp (or more) of Seasoning over vegetables, tofu, soups, stews, broths, chilli, hamburgers, paste, quinoa, couscous and other whole grains. For a great dip/sauce add 1/2 tbs to 8 oz of sour cream. Rice Recipes: 1 tbs (or more) of Seasoning per cup or rice.
