Directions Preparation Time: 6 minutes. Cooking Time: 6 minutes (makes 4-6 servings). Serving Suggestion: Serve with rice or noodles Ingredients: 1 lb boneless skinless chicken meal, diced into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes; 2 tbsp corn starch or flour (optional for deep frying); 1/2 Yellow onion, diced into 1/2 inch pieces; 2 Red bell pepper, diced into 1/2 inch pieces; 2 Tbsp cooking oil; 1 pouch Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Orange Chicken. 1. Toss chicken with corn starch or flour (optional for deep frying). Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan or wok. 2. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until browned. Add yellow onion and red pepper and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes. 3. Stir in entire sauce pouch of Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Orange Chicken. Bring to a simmer, and then serve. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
