Cooking Instruction: For food quality, follow these heating instructions. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. No need to thaw, vegetable can be cooked from frozen. Microwave: Put the vegetables in a glass bowl with a small amount of water. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until tender. Cool prior to serving. Stove Top: Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet on high. Pour package of frozen vegetables into skillet and saute for 4 minutes. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
