Directions Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety & quality, follow the instructions below. Product needs to be thoroughly cooked. Stir-fry (preferred method): 1. Place unopened sauce packet under warm running water to thaw. Set aside. 2. Remove noodles from packet and place into a strainer. Run cold water through noodles for 1-2 minutes until thawed. Drain and set aside. 3. Heat nonstick cooking spray (or 1 tbsp vegetable oil) in a skillet over high heat. Immediately add frozen chicken and vegetables. 4. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes. Add noodles and sauce. Stir-fry for 1 minute, or until hot. 5. Serve immediately. Optional: for moister chow nein, add 1-2 tbsp water. Microwave Oven: 1.
