Directions
Rehydrate tomatoes with boiling water to cover (about 20 minutes). Be careful not to soak too long or they will get too soft. When rehydrated, drain and gently squeeze out excess water. Once rehydrated, tomatoes may be placed in a container covered with olive oil and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place.
