Gravy: Wheat Flour, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Chicken Fat, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sugar, Natural and Artificial Flavors (Contain Torula Yeast), Butter (Cream, Salt), Turkey Broth, Dehydrated Turkey, Maltodextrin, Onion Powder, Nonfat Milk Solids, Caramel Color, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Spices, Garlic Powder, Xanthan Gum, Turkey Fat, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Coconut Oil.
Directions Keep frozen. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove frozen turkey from white outer package. Do not remove turkey from fool-proof cooking bag. Place in a roasting pan with at least 2 in high sides. Note: Do not increase oven temperature. Cooking bag may melt at higher temperatures. 2. Cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of fool-proof cooking bag. Pull bag up and away from bird, to release vacuum. 3. Place pan in oven, allowing room for bag to expand without touching the oven racks or walls. Roast the turkey until a meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees F in the breast and 180 degrees F in the thigh. Note: Meat temperature increases rapidly during last hour of cooking. 4. Let turkey rest 15 minutes, cut open top of oven bag. Watch out for hot steam and juices. Included is an easy to prepare, delicious gravy packet (see preparation directions). If you prefer to make your own gravy from the turkey drippings refer to pamphlet inside package. Carve and enjoy! Additional Cooking Tips: if turkey sticks to oven bag, gently loosen bag from turkey before opening oven bag. Please use caution when opening bag, the steam will be hot. Caution: juices will be hot; for best results, prepare turkey in a conventional oven. Oven temperatures may vary, adjust cooking times accordingly; do not grill, microwave or prepare in electric roaster; caution: metal clip which seals bag will be hot after removal from oven. For Stuffing: If preparing stuffing, cook in separate container. Do not stuff the turkey. Gravy Cooking Instructions Using Gravy Packet: empty contents of packet into saucepan; add 1-1/4 cups water; cook and stir over Medium-High heat until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Enjoy! Approximate Oven Roasting Times at 375 degrees F. 11-13 lb weight roast for 3-1/2 to 4 hours (if thawed, cook 11-13 lb for 2-1/2 to 3 hours).
