Keep refrigerated. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove packaging from ham. Place ham, fat side up, in a 2-inch deep roasting pan. Add 1 cup water to pan. Cover pan tightly with foil. Roast until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of ham, not touching the bone, reads 150 degrees (approximately 23-28 minutes per pound). Allow ham to rest 5 minutes before carving. Oven temperatures may vary and your ham may take longer than the approximate time given to reach proper temperature. Always use a meat thermometer to verify cooked meat temperatures. Thawing - 24-48 hours in the refrigerator. Cooking - Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove all packaging materials and place ham face down directly into baking dish or roasting pan. Cover tightly with lid or foil and cook for approximately 25 minutes per pound until product center reaches 160 degrees F. (Cooking times may vary). Glazing Ham - If you intend to glaze your ham, remove ham from the oven 1/2 hour before end of cooking time
