Our first dish was the traditional Pot Pie. Amy has grown a lot since then and so has the popularity of that original Vegetable Pot Pie. Now, especially for those who prefer a dairy free version of this all-time favorite, here is a delicious pie with a tender flaky wheat crust that's dairy free. Everything else is the same. The organic vegetables, the marinated organic tofu and the creamy sauce delicately flavored with a blend of herbs and spices. Directions: Ovens may vary. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place bowl on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let stir 1 minute. Serve. Microwave Oven: Remove overwrap. Place bowl on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
