Directions Keep frozen. Cooking - Stovetop: Empty frozen vegetables into 2-quart saucepan. Add about 1/2 cup water per 2/3 cup serving. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Cover; Cook over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain; place in serving dish. Season to taste. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Empty frozen vegetables into 1-1/2 quart microwavable casserole or bowl. Add about 1 tablespoon water per 2/3 cup serving. Cover; microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time, until tender. Caution: Dish will be hot; be careful to avoid steam. Uncover carefully; drain. Season to taste Refrigerate leftovers. Important: Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate.
