Cook thoroughly. Microwave Directions: 1. Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut slit in center of film cover. 2. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir. Replace film. Microwave on high for additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cooked through. 3. Let stand in microwave 1 minute. Carefully bowl from microwave. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted. Cooking times are based on an 1100 watt microwave oven. Caution: Bowl and contents will be hot. Use pot holders when removing from microwave. Oven Directions: Do not heat under broiler or in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut slit in center of film cover. 2. Place bowl on baking sheet in center of oven. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. 3. Carefully remove from oven. Let stand 1 minute. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. Caution: Bowl and contents will be hot. Use pot holders when removing from oven. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety & quality follow these cooking instructions/directions. Internal temperature of meal should reach 165 degrees F after cooking. Keep frozen.
