Directions Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Boil: Add greens to a large pot of boiling water. Add salt to taste, if desired. Bring back to boiling and cook for 8 to 18 minutes or until desired tenderness; drain. Braise: Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in large skillet or sauce pot. Add greens; cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Add 1 cup water; bring to boil. Reduce heat to Low; cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired tenderness. Add salt to taste, if desired.
