Directions Prep. Rub. Roast. All You Need: 1 whole turkey (12 lbs or larger), thawed. 1 large roasting pan. Spice Islands Turkey Rub. All You Do: Prep: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Rinse thawed turkey and remove giblets. Rub: Place turkey on baking sheet or in shallow pan to season. Brush surface of turkey with oil or butter, if desired. Evenly rub contents of seasoning rub over all surfaces of turkey; add a little to the cavity too! Place turkey in roasting pan.
