Best before: (d/m/y) see sealed side for date. Ingredients 150 g / 5 oz chicken meat (sliced), corn starch, 1 pack lee kum kee sauce for lemon chicken (80 g / 2.8 oz). (servings : 4) directions 1. Mix chicken with 1 tbsp beaten egg. 2. Dust chicken with corn starch. Pan-fry in 5 tbsp hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir in lee kum kee sauce for lemon chicken and heat through. Add chicken and stir well lightly.
