Directions Let's Get Cooking: 1. Combine Ancient Havest Quinao Flakes with salt (if desired) to a rapidly boiling water. 2 Return to boil and cook 90 seconds, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool (cereal will thicken slightly). 1 servings: 1 c water; dash salt; 1/3 c flakes. 2 servings: 2 c water; 1/8 tsp salt; 2/3 c flakes. 4 servings: 3-1/2 c water; 1/4 tsp salt; 1-1/3 c flakes.
