Directions Keep frozen. Cooking: For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. For Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove crab cake(s) from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place frozen crab cake(s) in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack. 3. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes, or until crispy and browned. Turn crab cake(s) over halfway through baking. Let stand 3 minutes. Microwave preparation is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven. Promptly refrigerate any unused cooked crab cakes.
