Directions
You'll Need: 1 pkg McCormick Skillet Sauce; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 lb thin-sliced boneless chicken breasts; 2 cups sliced mushrooms; 1 each bell pepper and onion, cut into strips. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Remove from skillet. Stir vegetables into skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in sauce. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with cooked pasta, if desired. To Prepare in Slow Cooker: Place 1-1/2 lbs. boneless chicken thighs or breasts, 1 bell pepper, cut into strips, and 1 onion, cut into wedges, in 4-quart slow cooker. Pour sauce over top. Cover. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
