Cooking Instructions: For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 170 degrees F as measured by an instant read thermometer. Skillet: Add 1 tablespoon oil with 2 tablespoons of chicken broth and chicken thighs to a cold skillet; cover. Heat skillet to a medium high and cook covered 23 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally until thighs are lightly browned and internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F (Cook thawed thighs 15-17 minutes). Conventional Oven: Preheat oven on 375 degrees F. Bake frozen thighs 50 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F (Bake thawed thighs 40-50 minutes). Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill frozen thighs, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. Appliances vary. Cooking times are approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. For best results when breading or marinating individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.
