To Roast: Place in an uncovered shallow pan and roast at 375 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes per proud or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F internal temperature. To Grill: On a medium-high setting, cook 25 minutes per pound uncovered or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F internal temperature. Uncovered grills will require longer.
