Directions You will Need: 2 tbsp. oil, divided; 1 lb. chicken breast, cut into 1-inch chuncks; 2 tbsp. butter; 1 medium onion, finely chopped; 1 pkg . butter chicken seasoning mix; 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce. 1/2 cup light or heavy cream. Directions: Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 35 minutes. 1. Heat tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink . Remove from skillet. Set aside. 2. Heat remaining oil and butter in skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until translucent. Result chicken to skillet. Stir in seasoning mix and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 3. Stir in cream. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked basmati rice, if desired. Makes 6 serving.
