Directions Hot and Tasty - Atole: Bring 1 - quart (1 - liter) of milk to a boil in a saucepan. Meanwhile, dissolve the contents of the envelope in 1 cup of cold milk. Stir the cold milk mixture into the boiling milk and boil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. To sweeten, stir in 1/4 cup of sugar until dissolved. Delicious Maizena Smoothie: Follow the steps above, then freeze the mixture until it is frosty. Transfer it to a blender and process until smooth and frothy. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
