Directions Keep refrigerated. Fully cooked. Heat & serve. Better: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute chicken sausage, turning frequently, until golden brown on all sides and heated through, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Faster: Place chicken sausage into a microwave safe container and cover with a paper towel. Microwave for 35 to 45 seconds on full power. Heating time may vary. Instructions are based on a 1200 watt microwave.
