Drink 3-4 cups on a daily basis. Steeping Hot or Iced Tea is Easy: Heat 6 ounces of fresh, filtered water to boiling. Pour the hot water over one tea bag and infuse for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy sip by sip. For iced tea, double the amount of tea used. Cool and serve over ice.
