Directions Quick and Easy to Cook: Gradually stir roasted 7-grain into briskly boiling water. Simmer while stirring occasionally. Cook for 5 minutes. For a creamier old-fashioned consistency, soak overnight before cooking. Delicious served with brown sugar, cinnamon, and fruit. 1 servings; 2/3 cup water; 1/3 cup cereal; 2 servings; 1-1/3 cups water; 2/3 cup cereal; 4 servings; 2-2/3 cups water; 1-1/3 cups cereal. Microwave Method: For one serving, combine 1/3 cup Roasted 7-Grain and 2/3 cup water in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir and microwave for an additional 2 minutes, or to desired consistency. Store in a cool, dry place.
