Seasoning (Salt, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Corn Protein, Yeast Extract, Palm Oil), Red Bell Pepper, Sugar, Dextrose, Soybean Oil, Galangal Ginger Powder, Chili Powder, Fried Shallot Kaffirlime Leaf Powder, Lemongrass Powder, Citric Acid, Spices (Turmeric, Ginger), Silicon Dioxide ((to Prevent Caking)).

Directions Cooking Instructions: On the Stovetop: 1. Bring 1-3/4 cups water to a boil in covered pot. Add 1 tbsp butter or oil, if desired. 2. Add contents of box. Stir and cover. Reduce heat to low for 15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Enjoy! In the Microwave: 1. Stir together all ingredients plus 1-3/4 cups water in a microwave-safe dish. Add 1 tbsp butter or oil, if desired. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes. Uncover and stir. 3. Re-cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until rice is soft and tender. 4. Uncover, stir, re-cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy! Serving Suggestions: As a Side Dish or Stuffing: Prepare rice as directed. Add 1 cup of any combination of: dried cranberries; raisins; nuts; your favorite sauteed vegetables. As a Main Dish: Prepare rice as directed. Add up to 2 cups of any combination of: cooked chicken, beef, pork, or seafood; sauteed vegetables; dried cranberries; nuts or raisins.
