Cooking Instructions: 1 pkg NOH Chinese Beef Tomato Sauce Mix; 1 cup water; 1 lb beef; 1 round onion, cut into 1/4 inch slices; 1 cup sliced celery; 1 bell pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes; 2 tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges each. 1. Combine contents of package with 1 cup of water. Blend well. 2. Slice beef thinly into strips 1/8 inch x 1-1/2 inch x 1 inch; add to marinate. 2. Heat skillet or wok; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add onion, celery and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 1 minute more. Store in dry ambient temperature.
