Directions Frying: 1. Heat vegetable oil in heavy saucepan, skillet or preferably a deep fryer at 375 degrees F. 2. Wash chicken with water, shake off excess water. 3. Place Andy's breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat chicken a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 4. Fry chicken for 12-15 minutes. Length of cook time may vary depending on amount and sizes of meat placed in fryer. Make sure poultry, beef and pork are cooked thoroughly. 5. Remove from oil and drain. 6. Use caution when cooking with hot oil. When baked/broiled, this product is hot & spicy!! Baking: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Spray baking dish with non-stick oil. 3. Wash chicken with water, shake off excess water. 4. Place Andy's breading into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat chicken a few pieces at a time until evenly coated. Let breaded pieces stand for 5 minutes for best results. 5. Place chicken on baking dish, spray chicken evenly on top with non-stick oil,
