Directions Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refngerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working working surfaces (Includng cutting boards). utensils and hands after touching raw meal or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refngerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking instructions: To Pan Fry: Place slices of bacon in a cold skillet. Cook over low-medium heat to desired crispness, turning frequently. When done, drain bacon on paper towel. TO Broil: Preheat broiler 10 minutes. Place separated bacon slices on broiler rack or pan 4 inches below heat, broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side. To Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Separate slices and place on a shallow pan or rack 15-20 minutes. No turning or draining necessary. For best flavor, do not overcook. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F. At all times.
