Pear shaped Italian tomatoes and Alessi extra virgin olive oil. All natural. Made with Italian tomatoes. Alessi Fra Diavolo Pasta sauce. All natural Alessi Fra Diavolo Pasta Sauce is the perfect sauce for seafood. Fresh garlic is sauteed in Alessi extra virgin olive oil along with a few hot chili peppers. Italian pear shaped tomatoes and fresh basil leaf are then added. The tomatoes are picked from the fields of Italy in their prime; juicy, red and vine ripened. The sauce is then seasoned with Alessi sea salt and cooked only enough to preserve the fresh tomato taste and to marry the flavors. Because the sauce is so perfectly balanced, every ingredient can be tasted. Product of Italy.

Product Attributes
Directions Refrigerate after opening. Serving Suggestions: Heat in a medium, heavy bottomed pan and add shrimp, lobster or seafood according to instructions. Do not overcook. Serve over 1 lb cooked al dente pasta. Makes 4-6 servings. For Shrimp: All 1 lb deveined, salted jumbo shrimp to heated sauce and cook approximately 4 minutes or until done. For Lobster: With a sharp knife, cut four medium lobster tails at joints, (with shells on) into three or four rings. Add to heated sauce and cook 6-8 minutes or until done. For Seafood: Add 1 lb of salted fresh scallops, fresh mussels, or any combination of your favorite seafood to sauce. Cook several minutes until done.
