Directions Refrigerate after opening. 1. Add meat (3-5 lbs). 2. Add entire bottle of sauce. 3. Cook 8 hours on low, 4 hours on high (or until fully cooked). Tips: For best results, keep lid closed during cooking - no peeking! Slice cooked meat against the grain for tenderness. For pulled barbecue, use two forks to shred cooked meat.
