Directions Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, cook thoroughly to minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Allow to rest for at least 3 minutes. Gas Grill: Pre-heat grill on medium-high heat. Remove tri-tip from package and place directly on grill. Cook 6-10 minutes on each side, turning at least twice during cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, measured with a food thermometer in the thickest portion of the tri-tip. Allow tri-tip to rest 3 minutes before serving. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tri-tip from packaging and place in shallow pan. Roast for 20 minutes on one side. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F. Turn over tri-tip and continue cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, measured with a food thermometer in the thickest portion, approximately 20 minutes per pound. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.Perishable.
