Directions Keep refrigerated. Heating: Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place boudin directly over heat. Heat for 6-8 minutes per side turning frequently to prevent burning. Stovetop: Place 1/2 inch of water in a skillet and heat to a simmer. Place boudin in skillet and heat for 6 minutes each side. Microwave: Place boudin in microwave-safe dish, add 1/2 cup of water and cover. Heat on High for 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 minutes or until hot. Heating times will vary depending on your microwave.
