General Cooking Instructions: Wash and rinse rice about 3 times until clean. Soak rice in water for about 15 minutes. Bring 4-1/2 cups of water to a boil with 1/2 tsp. salt. Add rice to boiling water, turn down to a simmer and let cook for 12 minutes. Store in cool and dry place.
