Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees f. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Place unopened bag, standing up, in center of microwave. Microwave on high 4 to 7 minutes. Let stand 1 minute in microwave (microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed). Carefully remove bag. Caution: bag will be hot. Avoid steam. Stove Top-Skillet: Heat 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour contents of package into skillet. Cook, covered, over medium heat 8 to 9 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Keep frozen. Tear here.
