For the best food quality and safety, follow these instructions: Conventional Over: Arrange an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat 425 degrees F. Place frozen on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Wait patiently. Flip fish, then bake for another 5 to 9 minutes.
