Directions Shakes and Smoothies: For a quick and easy protein shake, add 1/4 cup Pea Protein Powder to a glass of ice cold juice or milk. mix and enjoy. To make a delicious smoothie, blend together 1/4 cup Pea Protein Powder, 1 cup fruit, 1/2 cup milk or water and a few ice cubes. Gluten Free Baking: To improve texture and increase nutrition, add up to 1/4 cup Pea Protein Powder to bread dough or 1-2 tbsp to muffin batters and cookie doughs. Liquids may need to be increased as well. Store in a cool, dry place.
