Our product is made following a long tradition of Italian pasta makers. Only a blend of the best Semolina and durum is used, along with fresh local farm eggs and ingredients. It is dried very slowly in storage rooms at a low temperature to preserve to preserve the intrinsic taste and nutritious properly of the product. Made in San Francisco.
