Directions Stovetop Cooking Directions: Add 1 cup Split Emmer Farro to 2-1/2 cups water or broth and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and continue to cook, partially covered, until tender - approx. 15-20 minutes. Remove from burner, let sit for 5 minutes and serve. One cup makes 3-4 servings. Serve Hot! Toast with oil, garlic & herbs. Toss with oil, garlic & herbs. Toss with sauteed vegetables. Stuff peppers, squash or your enchiladas! Serve Cold! Add with herbs & scallions to grain salads. Add to lentil salads. Combine with roasted vegetables & vinaigrette! Store this product in a dry, cool environment in a sealed container.
