Directions Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Microwave Oven (for a 1200W Microwave): For best vegetable quality, remove seal completely and cover with paper towel while microwaving. Cook on high for 4 minutes or until hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Conventional Oven Do Not Place This Bowl in the Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 25 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook for an additional 20 minutes. (45 minutes total) Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Keep frozen, my friend.
