Directions To Cook in a Skillet: In a skillet, cook one pound of chicken, vegetable, or other protein until done. Add the entire contents of pouch to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce is heated through. Serve over a bed of rice; add vegetables or toss into a salad for a complete meal. To Microwave: 1. Make a two inch tear top to vent the sauce pouch. 2. Heat on high for 75 seconds. 3. Content are extremely hot! Carefully remove the sauce pouch by holding from the corner away from the torn edge and allow to cool for 1 minute. Pour over cooked meat or vegetables. Microwave times may vary.
