Directions Cooking Instructions: From your pantry you will need - 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled; 1 cup water; 2 large eggs, room temperature, slightly beaten; 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional). Grease or spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour contents of mix packet into mixing bowl and add melted butter, water, eggs, and nuts, if desired. Mix thoroughly. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Remove pan and allow to cool 10 minutes on a cooling rack. Remove loaf from pan and allow to cool completely before slicing.
