Microwave instructions 1. In 2-quart micowave-safe bowl add about 5 cups of water and submerge 1 bag of quinoa and lentils. 2. Microwave on high for 15-17 minutes. 3. Carefully remove pouch with tongs and allow to drain. 4. Cut bag open and pour contents into a serving dish. 5. Fluff with fork and season as desired. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Stove top instructions 1. In a medium saucepan add about 5 cups of water and submerge 1 bag of quinoa and lentils. (double the amount of water for 2 bags) 2. Bring water to a boil and boil uncovered for 12-15 minutes. 3. Carefully remove pouch with tongs and allow to drain. 4. Cut bag open and pour contents into a serving dish. 5. Fluff with fork and season as desired.
