Directions Keep frozen. Stovetop: 1. Place frozen peas & carrots into a 2-quart saucepan. 2. Add approximately 3 tbsp. of water per serving (2/3 cup). 3. Boil covered over Medium High heat for approximately 5 to 6 minutes until tender; serve. Microwave: 1. Place frozen peas & carrots in a microwave-safe dish. 2. Add 1 tbsp of water per serving (2/3 cup) and cover. 3. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes - rotating dish halfway through heating time. 4. Carefully remove dish from microwave oven - Stir well; serve. Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate.
