Directions 1. Dry Your Fresh Herbs: 1. Wash herbs carefully with a fine mist sprayer and wipe to remove dirt. Pat dry with paper towel. 2. Tie herbs into small bundles with kitchen string. For best results, each bunch should contain no more than 5 to 10 stems. 3. Hang bunches in a dry, dark, and warm (but not humid) place with good ventilation. 4. Dry herbs for 1 to 3 weeks or until leaves crush easily between fingers. 2. Store Your Dried Herbs: 1. Keep leaves whole or crushed. 2. Place whole or crushed herbs in jars. Screw on shaker caps. Label and date each jar. 3. Store in your pantry or spice drawer up to 1 year. 4. Shake, measure or pour into your favorite recipes! Ball Dissolvable Labels (sold separately) - Stay in place during storage & dissolve easily in water after use. Note: Shaker caps are not intended for processing. Wash jars and caps before first use - dishwasher safe, top rack.
