Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking. Grill: 1. Prepare grill to medium-low heat. 2. Grill desired amount of thawed sausage, covered, 115-20 minutes; turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. as measured by a food thermometer. Stovetop: 1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add desired amount of thawed sausage; cook until brown, turning occasionally (about 5 minutes). 2. Reduce heat add 1/2 cup water and cover. Cook additional 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. as measured by a food thermometer.
