Directions
Heat and serve. Refrigerate after opening. Ingredients: 2 cans Goode Foods Pinto Beans (rinsed & drained); 1 small onion, chopped; 2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro; 1 tablespoon canola oil; 2 small garlic cloves, minced; 1 cup chicken broth. In a large skillet or saucepan, saute onion and cilantro in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in the beans and chicken broth; and simmer until heated through and beans tender.
