Directions Microwave Heating instructions: Based on 1200 watt microwave. Step 1: Peel back film slightly (about 1/2 inches). Heat on high 30 seconds. Step 2: Peel back film and pour vegetable mix on top of rice. Step 3: Cover and heat for another 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute (Caution: The tray and its content are hot after microwaving). Step 4: Remove film completely and mix with oil. Enjoy!
