Directions Super Simple to Prepare: What Youll Need: 1 packet of Aleias Coat & Crunch. 2 Tbsp olive oil. 2 lbs chicken breast or tenderloin. Non-GMO vegetable spray. Crank up the heat to 425 degrees F. Coat: Drizzle each chicken piece with olive oil, then coat using 1 packet of Aleias breading mix in shaker bag. Discard bag and any reaming breading mix. Crunch: Spray baking sheet with Non-GMO vegetable spray. Place on baking sheet and lightly spray tops of chicken with Non-GMO vegetable spray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees of F for chicken, or 145 degrees F for pork chops). Tip: For parmesan chicken, add 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese to breading mix. Honey mustard dipping sauce: 1/4 cup dijon mustard. 1/4 cup honey. 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
