Directions Coconut Chicken Curry: In the pack: Coconut chicken curry sauce. You will need: 1.3 lb diced chicken; In the pack: Ginger & garlic paste. You will need: 2 Cups basmati rice. In the pack: Coconut curry spice pack; You will need: 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Optional: 2 tbsp coconut milk. Cooking instruction: (1) Coat: Mix ginger & garlic paste through diced chicken pieces. (2) Sear: Flash fry spices from the pack in hot and well-oiled medium size sauce pan for 5 seconds. Add cook for 2 minutes or until seared on all sides. (3) Simmer: Add coconut chicken curry sauce to pan, stir contents, reduce heat to low, cover pan with lid and simmer until meat is fully cooked (approx, 20 minutes). Serve immediately on a bed of Basmati rice. Optional: For a smoother, creamier curry, stir in 2 tbsp of coconut milk before serving. Chefs tip: Check your curry 5 mins prior to serving. If youd like a thicker consistency leave the lid off for the last 5 mins of cooking. Serves 3-4 in 20 mins. Store unopened in cool dry location. Just add meat or vegetables.
